My client is a highly innovative and rapidly expanding FMCG brand. Ranked number 1 in the UK in their sector they are looking to grow considerably on an International basis over the next couple of years. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of and drive that growth.

They are looking to recruit an exceptional Commercial Contracts Manager to support the UK & International sales teams to deliver commercial wins and help bring them to the market. You will be responsible for the execution of commercial agreements with EU Distributors, key White Label business partners and Contract Packing opportunities, as well as being responsible for end to end CBD business. Your remit will be intstrumental in implementing and managing the commercial agreements with current and new Distributors and white label customers across Europe and the UK. You'll be the driving force behind securing and managing new Contract Packing opportunities. You'll also run pricing negotiation, securing the relevant legal and commercial agreements..

The successful candidate will have:
Understanding and experience of Commercial agreements
Knowledge of wider economic issues that affect trading activity and management of risk.
Having the credibility to contribute towards determining the overall company strategy at team and board level
Financial understanding, including ability to execute P&L sign off, produce budget proposals and execute ongoing KPI management.
Background in FMCG/Retail beneficial
