Client Relationship Manager
My client is a high profile International Professional services firm. They are looking to recruit a Client Relationship Manager to work closely with the Head of Client Relationships for the FS sector, the Sector Head and the wider Sector Relationship Team in providing client development and relationship management for a portfolio of identified relationship clients. This client facing role is integral to the firm's growth strategy and revenue generation objectives. The role is global in focus, working across the firms entire network and drawing on all available resources across the firm to take all that is relevant to the client to build long term sustainable relationships.
Key responsibilities:
Contributing to, and execution of, strategic relationship objectives and deliverables for the sector.
Focus on proactively delivering effective CRM support to the identified portfolio of key clients with the objective of retaining revenue and driving new profitable revenue growth
Manage the Relationship Development plan for clients. Ensuring plans are strategically aligned, current, and orientated around the client's objectives.
Developing relationships with key stakeholders within the client's organisation
Identifying and creating business growth opportunities out of market developments
Sharing client intelligence and market insight with the sector leadership team
Developing tailored solutions in response to client needs
Proactively seek opportunities to introduce relevant new service and product lines to the client
Client feedback - gather client feedback with identified clients
Encourage and support and coach Relationship Partners and Managers
The successful candidate :
Previous client facing account management experience.
Business Development Manager experience in a similar role in a professional services environment.
Knowledge and/or experience of the FS or legal sector is desirable.
Degree educated or equivalent.
Relevant marketing qualification (desirable).
