Campaign Manager

We are looking for an experienced Paid Campaign Manager for our client, to support in the management and optimisation of their social advertising, paid search and marketing campaigns.

The Role:

Campaign-focus -
*Provide end-to-end campaign management from initial research, planning and quoting through to on-going campaign management, optimisation, and reporting
*Demonstrate understanding of B2B target audiences and how best to reach them, including what platforms, targeting methods, and messaging to use
*Liaise with the creative team and copywriters on the production of campaign assets
*Day-to-day management and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn and other social media advertising, as well as Google paid search, display and retargeting
*Understand and use the project management systems and software, including AdStage, TeamGantt and Microsoft Planner
*Analyse advertising performance in relation to client objectives, combining data from various sources (e.g. Google Analytics, AdStage, etc) to create a full picture of campaign performance
*Produce campaign reports which provide an oversight of campaign performance in relation to client objectives and highlight learnings and optimisations implemented
*Clearly and confidently articulate campaign performance, analysis and recommendations to key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
*Produce estimates, monitor budgets throughout campaigns and analyse against estimates post-campaign, ensuring learnings are applied in future

Commercial-focus -
*Take an active role in the client relationship and provide advice to clients and account teams to support the organic growth of key accounts
*Support the team on new business development and organic client opportunities, including contribution to proposal presentations


Who is the ideal candidate?

The ideal candidate will have strong, demonstrable experience with digital advertising methodologies and platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn Advertising and Google Ads, as well as experience with web analytics (particularly Google Analytics). Their analytical skills will be excellent, and they will possess the ability to confidently interpret campaign performance in relation to client objectives.

They will possess excellent attention to detail, which will ensure consistent improvement in the quality of the client's output, and strong time management skills. Good numeracy skills and exceptional communication skills (both internally and externally) will be essential, as will strong experience working with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets.

A good understanding and knowledge of US, web standards, accessibility, and compatibility will be essential to the role, as will familiarity with multiple technology platforms (e.g. mobile apps, email and streaming media, etc.).
