Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager - Consumer Product
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Business: SME Consumer Business
Location: Lancashire
Salary: to £40k depending upon experience, holidays starting from 28 to 33 days with length of service , plus bank holidays.
Environment: Mid size, B2B & B2C Environment

Focus of the Role: Do you have proven experience pushing product that is not a very well known brand through the High Street?
Bringing brand awareness to the consumer? B2C centric role and brand managing.
Consumer Product Marketing focus.


Job Description includes but not limited to:

*Assisting the marketing strategy development with the wider marketing team
*Conduct Brand analysis, diagnostic, identifying weaknesses and opportunities
*Develop and deploy annual Marketing plans for all brands
*Development of Brand identity toolkit
*Compelling, distinctive creative campaign development
*Design & packaging development across the portfolio
*Media planning across all consumer touchpoints
*Work with Digital lead to develop & monitor successful social media programme
*Manage Consumer PR strategy and key messaging
*Pricing analysis, strategy and deployment
*Develop key consumer influencer and ambassador relationships
*Assist Product Development Manager in developing forward innovation funnel
*NPD Launch planning to ensure consumer uptake
*Business case development to support key initiatives
*Project management of marketing responsibilities
*Being brand champion
*Strong cross functional working, pivot for all brand activities
*Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders
*Seek out new marketing opportunities and mitigate risks
*Identifying key insights from competitor, consumer, category analysis
*Budget planning and spend control
*Key point of contact for all supporting agencies and partners

Experience & Skillset:

Background with experience regarding product push on the high-street
Consumer Product Marketing experience essential.
