Bid Manager My client is a high profile and dynamic professional services firm with a reputation for creativity and innovation. They are looking to recruit a Bid Manager to manage the most strategically important opportunities across the firm. You will be responsible for the bid management of complex pursuits and all associated work-streams, identifying, developing and implementing innovative approaches to pursuit management and drive adoption to support a more effective and efficient business development support function. You will qualify and identify opportunities to support developing a win strategy and value proposition with client teams. You will manage and co-ordinate client teams and ensuring all parties agree the strategy and deliver what's needed. You will act as a facilitator/contributor and coach in pursuit strategy sessions, managing outputs and driving action to outcomes.You'll support key client Partners to identify any potential risks that could arise as part of the process. You'll also organise all Pursuit meetings from qualification through presentation coaching and post de-brief feedback making recommendations for process improvement.
The successful candidate will have: *5-8+ years experience of bid management experience in a corporate and/or professional services complex sales environment *Proven track record in playing a lead role in delivering and winning pursuits *Experience working in a complex global business
