We're looking for a creative and driven B2B Content Marketing Manager for our client, an agency dedicated to helping small to medium businesses succeed by bringing a fresh and creative outlook to their clients. They provide an exceptional experience for their clients, and are looking for a self-motivated, dedicated, and proactive content marketer to join their highly-skilled and dynamic team.

The Role:

Responsibilities and tasks include (but are not limited to):

* Developing creative and engaging social media strategies and content;
* Managing the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels;
* Overseeing, planning and delivering content across different platforms using tools such as Facebook Creator Studio, HubSpot, Trello and Monday.com Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Asana and Olapic;
* Creating engaging multimedia content (and/or outsourcing it effectively) across multiple platforms;
* Developing, launching and managing new competitions and campaigns that promote client's organisation and brand;
* Forming key relationships with influencers clients and prospects across social media platforms;
* Undertaking audience research;
* Managing and facilitating social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions;
* Monitoring, tracking, analysing and reporting on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Instagram/LinkedIn/Facebook Insights;
* Researching and evaluating the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity;
* Analysing competitor activity;
* Recommending improvements to increase performance;
* Setting targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement;
* Managing the budgets for social media activities;
* Regularly liaising with clients via telephone, e-mail, conference calls or face-to-face.

Who is the ideal candidate?

* Has a solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers;
* Has strong copyrighting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques;
* Has a knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimisation;
* Is creative and able to contribute new and innovative ideas;
* Has strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients;
* Has excellent team working, collaboration and networking skills;
* Has organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects;
* Has project and campaign management skills;
* Is able to work well under the pressure in order to meet deadlines;
* Is able to analyse the data and interpret statistics;
* Has online community management and customer service skills to strike the balance between publicity and stimulating direct discussion with potential and actual customers;
* Has an eye for detail and the ability to work accurately;
* Is motivated and committed;
* Has experience in a similar role.

Other information about the role:

Working hours will be 8.30am - 5.30pm with a one-hour unpaid lunchbreak. Due to the nature of the business, working hours may vary and (paid) overtime may be required during busy periods.
