Account Manager
Wilmslow, Greater Manchester
£25,000 - £27,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for a experienced Account Manager to join a global business based in the heart of Wilmslow, Greater Manchester. Specialising in Sports, Entertainment, Media and Lifestyle, this fully integrated agency helps deliver meaningful campaigns for some of the world's biggest brands.

As an Account Manager, you will be joining a team experienced in creating, selling, managing and activating sponsorship campaigns for brands. Your account management experience, combined with good general sports and football knowledge is key, as your primary focus will be managing one of the agency's key accounts.

You will report into the Account Director and will be responsible for planning, developing and managing the partner's rights and their activation programme. Responsibilities include:
*Client relationship management
*Generating and presenting creative activation ideas
*Leading weekly status calls / meetings and responsible for regular client reporting
*Managing the planning and delivery of events and player appearances on behalf of client
*Working closely with the client on content creation, marketing assets and partnership materials
*Arranging and attending activation events / trips
*Managing client partnership inventory
*Coordinating and creating season-long reports and activation debriefs on behalf of client
*Managing activation budgets and invoicing processes

It's essential you've got minimum 3 years' experience in account management / partnership activation, ideally in an agency environment.

You'll need to be armed with a strong skillset of great communications and flawless attention to detail. You should have strong planning ability and budgetary / invoicing experience. Organisational and time management skills are a given, but you should also be comfortable presenting and creating presentations.

It would really help if you have a real passion and knowledge for sport, with a good understanding of football and talent. You'll need to be able to be proactive and work independently, as well as in a team.
