Head of Resourcing
The Head of Resourcing will support the HR Director and help develop and lead the company's approach towards talent and recruitment.
Responsibilities
Responsibility for the entire resourcing process
Managing the resourcing budget
Build tools to help the company achieve their objectives
Ensuring the company is well represented throughout the resourcing process
Workforce planning to ansure the business is ready for future talent challenges
Data analysis and reporting
Helping form and maintain a strong Talent function
Expected Skills & Qualifications
Several years experience within resourcing and recruitment
Previous experience managing and developing a team
An understanding of and passion for diversity and inclusion
Experience developing talent aquisition strategies
Ability to motivate a team
Strong relationship building skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to use data to inform decisions
Salary
The average UK annual salary for a Head of Resourcing is £72,000. This can rise to around £92,000 in London. A Head of Resourcing in the North of England can expect approx. £48,000 per year. Annual bonuses are common for the role, alongside other benefits. (Glassdoor, March 2022)
