Client Director
A Client Director, sometimes known as an Account Director, oversees client projects and nurtures relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
Oversee all client projects within the Agency
Plan budgets and activity for account management
Management of account staff and supporting them to meet objectives
Performance evaluation
Ensuring all products and services are delivered in a timely manner
New business generation
Problem-solving
Strengthening client relationships
Expected Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in a leadership role within an Agency
A good understanding of budgeting and reporting
Experienced in negotiation and client satisfaction
Knowledge of performance evaluation
Excellent communication and networking skills
Brilliant leadership skills
Salary
The average UK annual salary for a Client Director is £68,000. This can rise to around £73,000 in London. Client Directors in the north of England can expect approx. £55,000 - £60,000 per year.
