Are you an immediately available talent attraction professional who can consider a fixed term contract role for c.9 months?

We're looking for a Talent Attraction Manager to be based from Merseyside on a hybrid basis (3 days/week office based). It's a fantastic opportunity to undertake a talent management role for a high profile, large established blue-chip organisation. Working closely with key stakeholders and senior decision makers, you will be tasked with delivering a first class talent acquisition service across the business.

Rolling your sleeves up & hitting the ground running, the role will initially require you to focus on leading a small but perfectly formed resourcing team to deliver effective talent attraction alongside the implementation of several related projects. Ultimately delivering a recruitment strategy & initiatives in line with business objectives you will work closely in collaboration with your HR colleagues to support key stakeholders in line with recruitment best practice principles.

Who are they looking for?

A true Talent/Recruitment/Resourcing Manager, you will have proven experience of delivering an effective in-house resourcing service function; with particular expertise of corporate functions preferably. You will draw on all your talent attraction experience across the broad spectrum, utilising a wide range of of your talent attraction tools, methodologies & innovations to support a contemporary resourcing function.
