The Company
We are delighted to be supporting this ambitious client in their search for a Talent Attraction and Onboarding Partner to manage the resourcing function. This is a fabulous opportunity to join a highly successful Manchester brand operating within the tech space. This Talent Partner role will strengthen their wider HR service and be pivotal to their future growth plans.
The Role
In this new found role, you will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process management, including onboarding in a high energy environment. Reporting into the Head of HR and sat within a small and dedicated HR team you will be partnering key stakeholders across the business. You will be tasked with implementing effective resourcing processes and developing the recruitment function to ensure they are attracting and selecting the best talent and enhancing their employee brand. You will be responsible for all hands-on resourcing typically managing 15-30 roles at any one time.
The Candidate
You will be an established Recruiter with experience gained from in-house, RPO or agency environment, above all you'll be passionate and driven able to work at pace while maintaining high standards. The role will be predominantly office based on the outskirts of Manchester city centre with free onsite parking and one day home working.
