Talent Acquisition Partner - Greater Manchester - £40,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience

This business are a well established and successful business with global reach. As they continue to evolve they are looking to bring on board an experienced recruiter to work on high profile resourcing projects, focusing on niche, senior positions on both a UK and international basis.

You will be involved in projects from taking the initial brief, to researching the market and sourcing top talent, engaging with senior individuals to assess suitability for roles, in addition to gaining market insight and building future talent pipelines.

This role will be highly research driven, and you will be experienced in headhunting, using both traditional search methods and tools such as linked in to unearth hidden talent. You will be confident having detailed career conversations with senior professionals, and will be able to feed back findings articulately. You will be able to juggle multiple briefs at any one time, with the ability to present findings in an engaging and and clear manner.

This role will suit a resourcing professional who is looking for something outside of the norm, and thrives in a professional, fast paced environment. You will ideally have previous experience of headhunting for senior positions in a commercial sector, and will pride yourself on service delivery. This role would suit an agency recruiter looking move away from a 360 role and focus on delivery, or an in house / RPO recruiter who would like a varied client base.
