The Company
We are delighted to be supporting this ambitious client in their search for a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the resourcing function. This is a fabulous opportunity to join a highly successful UK brand with global presence. They are in strong growth mode and are seeking a TA Partner to strengthen their wider HR service.
The Role
In this new found role, you will work closely with Learning & Development and key stakeholders across the business, you will be tasked with designing and implementing effective resourcing processes. Supporting managers, you will develop the recruitment function to ensure they are attracting and selecting the best talent and enhancing their employee brand.
Key focus for the first 12 months will include; gathering and analysing key metrics, reducing agency spend, creating a strong EVP and completing talent reviews.
The Candidate
Passionate and truly driven by providing a first class recruitment service. You will be an established in-house recruiter, with proven experience developing an effective resourcing function and improving processes. Commercially minded you will be experienced holding budget responsibility and delivering, in line with timescales and budget constraints. You will be operating at both a strategic and operational level and responsible for all hands-on resourcing. Ideally you will have gained experience from within a tech or branded business.
