We are helping our clients at Revive Active find an inspiring, innovative, energetic, experienced, and passionate tech-savvy Social Media Content Manager, based out of the UK, to join their team.

This individual will work with the Digital Marketing Manager and wider marketing team in the development of the social media strategies for Revive Active's overarching brand and 9 individual products, and will manage and implement creative executions of this strategy across all social media platforms within the UK.

The Role:

As their Social Media Manager, you will be hands on in the design, implementation and reporting on their social media strategy and activity, in line with business goals. You will work to create unique, original, and engaging content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will be responsible for growing the company's social presence and share of voice in a cohesive way and supporting the individual products development.

The Social Media Manager will have a strong commercial focus with the ability to plan and executive strategies and campaigns, and analyse performance and results, and to adapt as required to ensure delivery of revenue targets, KPI's and revenue conversion.

The Social Media Manager will be involved in the Revive Actives brand development and will be responsible for the communication and application of guidelines to all stakeholders, across all social media platforms.



*Developing creative, unique, and engaging content, across all social media platforms will be key. This includes but is not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn. To this the ideal candidate will be
oSkilled at Writing and pitching high engagement and compelling content (text, photos, videos, and news) for our social media channels,
oExperienced in Content creation & management: Deliver high quality unique content for social media activities including sourcing and repurposing content, as well as working with the rostered agencies and freelance designers to create social assets.

2.Customer Care

*Being the voice of Revive Active, in virtual communities and social media channels, always listening, monitoring, and encouraging conversation.
oResponsible for managing posts and responding to followers daily, in a cohesive way that supports our brand values, ensuring high level of customer engagement and of website traffic.
oOnline third-party reputation platforms: monitor customer reviews and work with customer care teams on best practice on responding to comments in a timely manner / tone of engagement etc.

3.PR & Social Influencers:

*Execute, optimise, and leverage influencers as part of PR campaigns or as standalone pieces of content.
*Work closely with our PR agencies and sales team, to develop PR content and opportunities to bring stories to life.

4.Team Support:

*Work in conjunction with the existing team across marketing, and sales to achieve company targets
*Support marketing campaigns, digital activations, and event promotions through social media.
*Work closely with our Sales Teams to develop new social media opportunities for revenue growth


*Weekly and monthly to key stakeholders on the performance of social activity, engagement, digital campaigns, KPI's and return on investments.
*Measurement and reporting: Report on social channel and content performance, engagement. campaign success as well as general social listening and sentiment
*Report on competitor activity / sentiment / engagement.
*Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, design tools, applications, research, and analysis and recommend new and innovative social media activity to maximise reach, engagement, and revenue impact. Complete research on current social media benchmark trends and audience preferences and recommend new strategies.

Skills & Experience

*2+ years' experience as a Social media manager
*In depth and demonstrated experience of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and other social media channels and best practice.
*Ability to deliver innovative and creative content (text, image, video, news) with proven results.
*Highly collaborative with a proven ability to work well with multiple stakeholders across different brands/products
*Self-motivated with the ability to demonstrate a drive for results, and in-depth analytical & data analysis skills.
*Proactive approach to identifying and solving issues, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced industry.

Job location:

The role will be UK based and will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and work with the overall marketing team based in Galway, Ireland.
