Requirements: *You have previously worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant *Understanding of the marketing, digital and tech sectors is desirable *Knowledge of selling and fulfilling retained assignments preferred *Experience in headhunting methodologies are a significant advantage *You can self-generate at least 50% of your annual revenue Life at We Are Adam: We've worked hard to create a company culture built on the principles of trust, collaboration, mutual respect, and shared success.
