If you are a senior HR business partner ready for a fresh challenge we'd love to talk. To put it into context this role in a smaller business would happily be at Head of HR level. With the organisation fully set up for HR success via a high performing self service & HR shared services function; such a set up allows the HRBPs to be highly strategic, and work as a true business partner to deliver business performance in collaboration with operational business leaders.
This is a big business which has operating units which allow autonomy and a real opportunity to flex your HR knowledge to curate & add value though innovative HR initiatives which truly improve performance & support growth. A diverse role, you will support more than one business group which will require a versatility to your approach.
Change is on the agenda, and alongside your generalist HR skills you will need to demonstrate a robust range of change expertise to seamlessly support initiatives around organisational structure & culture. It is likely that change will be constant so ability to thrive in such an environment is vital.
What is important is that this is a progressive business; and whilst the role is busy and at times demanding; it isn't at the detriment of a work'/life balance. The organisation is ambitious for the future and as such has a clear vision & strategy for distinct growth but not at the detriment of personal wellbeing.
Whilst this isn't a definitive list, HR professionals who have proven appropriate HR experience of unionised multi-site businesses of both blue & white collar employees are of particular interest.
The ability to commence a role ASAP would be a distinct advantage.
