This HRBP role will effectively be the number 2 to the HR Director. Working across a couple of sites based West Yorkshire & North West, the business needs to evolve and effective transformational change is key to its future success. With the relevant qualifications, you will have a diverse range of proven HR experience at a senior level & will truly know "what good looks like" from an HR perceptive & how it can positively impact business operations. In addition, you will be accomplished at delivering HR best practices through others.

This role offers true autonomy to make a genuine contribution within a changing organisation. The role will be predominantly site based likely 4 days in West Yorkshire & 1 day home working with occasional travel to other sites in the North West.
