Are you a Senior HR Business Partner / Head of HR with experience of partnering high performing executive teams through large scale organisational, cultural and transformational change?

This business are at a critical juncture in their development as they continue to develop and raise the capability of their HR team and provide a true business partnering service. In this newly created role you will partner an executive client base, supporting them through variety of change programmes, including working through the new normal as the business execute their 'return to work' plan through the pandemic. Beyond this they are continuing to deliver on a number of ongoing programmes around engagement, organisational change, talent, succession and the embedding on global ways of working and programmes on a local level.

You will lead a small team of business partners, developing them to raise the bar in terms of capability and service levels, while also building relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders inclusive of the wider HR team and centres of excellence.

To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrable experience of working at a Senior HRBP level, supporting an Executive level stakeholder group. You must have worked on and led org change programmes previously, and be comfortable in an ever changing and at times ambiguous environment. CIPD qualification would be a bonus but isn't essential. You must be articulate, pragmatic and down to earth, willing to flex your approach and work as part of a geographically dispersed team.

This is a critical role in a well established business, who see HR as being absolutely critical to their emergence from the pandemic, and future evolution of the business. The HR team are a high performing function, who are well thought of, in a business which provides an key service to people across the UK, as part of a global group.

The Head Office is based South Mids, therefore some travel will be expected to this location, and others across the UK; however home location is flexible, and remote working will be part of this role.
