Senior HR Advisor - 6 months FTC - c£40k - NW / Home based

There's a huge change agenda around HR itself at this business, and they are looking for a talented HR generalist to join the team, both supporting on projects and picking up some generalist workload too.

You'll be involved in some ER casework as and when it comes up, but the core of this role will be getting stuck into a full HR review, which will include looking at their policies, systems and processes around everything from absence management, to recruitment, to their admin processes. You'll also work with the wider business to understand current perception of HR and what it needs to deliver for them while providing coaching and support to less experienced members of the team.

They are a great business who have performed well this year despite the obvious challenges, and they want to push ahead with improving the HR Service offering.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced HR generalist who is completely comfortable with a BAU workload, but also really enjoys picking up projects and seeing them through end to end. It would be great if they have previous carried out a full review of processes and policies, and also have good knowledge of HR systems. We are looking for a quick turnaround on this so a short notice, or none at all would be advantageous.
