Senior HR Administrator - Lancashire / Remote - Upto £26,000 - Permanent

A great business with a well established brand, this organisation are currently going through large scale change and transformation, with the HR team proving critical to the successful delivery of these programmes.

The Senior HR Administrator is a crucial role to ensuring all day to day administration is handled to high standard, and underpins the efficacy of the HR team. With responsibility for the administration and co-ordination of the full employee lifecycle, you will be the first point of contact for managers and employees.

From there you will either give some first line guidance or escalate to the relevant team member, all within agreed timeframes to ensure a suitable outcome. You will work closely with the Advisory and Business Partnering teams to support their projects, and provide an administration service at the highest standard. You will also give input to new processes, policies and systems as they continue on their journey.

The ideal candidate for this will have previous HR Administration experience, ideally coupled with an understanding of HR Shared Services, and will have a real passion for service excellence, and take great pride in their work.
