Reporting into the Digital Manager, the Senior CRM Executive will drive the delivery of the brand message to customers, keeping them engaged and forming lasting relationships. You will ltake ownership, create maintain, and optimise customer journeys as part of the marketing automation program. You will create, maintain, and continuously improve a calendar of scheduled campaigns and tactical activities.You will manage all CRM related activities driving innovative ideas and solutions to customer requirements. The successful candidate *A Background in CRM gained in a Consumer focused or Retail businesses, either in-house or agency. *Exceptional attention to detail; strong data analysis skills and experience with Google Analytics & Excel. *Experience of Customer Engagement Tools *Experience of managing budgets, CRM calendars and external agencies.
