ABOUT
This client is a young consultancy with a diverse client portfolio, across Pharma, FS, Retail.
Their work comprises of two core offerings: "making" new products and services, and "coaching" teams and organisations on how to work with agility as they deliver new products and services.
Through their "coaching" work they blend consulting, coaching, training and facilitation to help transform the way teams and organisations work. Using their internal playbook they guide teams through delivery, helping them get closer to their customers and improve how they work as a team.

THE ROLE
Looking for people who can quickly jump in and get involved, building trust and respect with
individuals across all their clients, whilst objectively challenging their current ways of working.
You're the type of person who gets excited by both helping organisations figure out what products and services to deliver and coach the individuals to make it a reality.

What you will be doing…
- Build effective working relationships
- Devise effective strategies for new products and services
- Create and deliver change programmes at scale
- Coach individuals and teams in how to work with agility
- Contribute in developing the coaching playbook and content
