You'll be a strategic thinker with proven experience in managing communications & engagement within a change environment. Responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that engage employees, & stakeholders through this transformative period.
Day to day your role will involve:-
Developing & executing comprehensive communication plans that support change initiatives and business goals.
Creating clear, compelling, and consistent messaging across various channels, and seek feedback.
Collaborating with senior leadership to ensure alignment and clarity in messaging.
Leading internal communications to keep colleagues informed, engaged, and motivated actively during periods of change.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure unified and coherent communication strategies.
Measuring the effectiveness of communication strategies & adjusting as necessary to ensure maximum impact.
This fast-paced, entrepreneurial-style business has significantly grown in headcount over the past few years; and has evolved successfully through remote working, although in this role, you may need to travel to London monthly.
A skilled Senior Communications Manager, you'll have appropriate experience and will skillfully pivot between operational & strategic activity; whether it be change projects or BAU.
You have exceptional stakeholder management skills at all levels, be able to influence and actively add value. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously and must be proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
