Senior Client Marketing Manager - Professional Services/Support - 40k to 50k - 10% bonus and benefits - Chester (flexible working from home)

Our client has recently been acquired and are looking to triple in size over the next 3 years, fast growing professional support company with an ever growing base of services. Focused B2B offering assisting employees in the workplace, highly successful with continued growth year on year, managing clients from 10 to 10,000 employees.
What is the role?
You will report directly into a Head of Marketing and be part of a team of 8 currently with huge growth plans over the coming months/years. As Senior Client Marketing Manager you will lead and development and delivery of client focused marketing campaigns: -Support migration of clients through acquisition -Manage current client Communications -Build on strong retention rates with client journey communications -Drive cross and up-sell across SME to Mid Corporate clients

Working across multiple teams, client experience, marketing, operations across the different services ensuring client marketing campaigns meet the needs and deliver ROI that supports further investment.
Who are they looking for?
Passionate marketeer who has had a focus in B2B and client experience, and can demonstrate track record in marketing communications. A Strong Commercial awareness that can be demonstrated from previous roles and measurables. 5 years plus marketing experience, most recently client communications.
High growth B2B exposure, ideally some sort form of professional services. Experience of producing high level content and engaging materials, ability to analyse campaign data to understand success and areas of improvement.
