Senior Brand Manager

Location: Kirklees in West Yorkshire

Base Salary: up to £70K DOE.

Additional Benefits: £6k car allowance, up to 10% bonus, private healthcare, company pension scheme (8% employer contribution, 4% employee contribution), 25 days holidays a year excluding bank holidays with the option to buy up to % additional days per year, Life Assurance up to 3x annual salary etc.

Managing all aspects of marketing for this portfolio by leading on established brands and pipeline with a focus on bottom-line CAM growth; you will drive growth by ensuring all KPIs are met through the implementation of the marketing business plan and NPD programmes. You'll deliver sales targets and tactical marketing plan, while keeping track of A&P expenditure. You'll be managing the positioning of the brands via innovative NPD and developing value propositions to sell the range into the community and hospital sector of the NHS.

  • ABPI qualified (or studying towards this) and a strong track record of management of all elements of the marketing mix in the pharma sector to maximise performance in the market.
  • Ideally have a Business/Marketing/Life Sciences degree and experience of NHS structure and Rx medicines would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills and the ability to build collaborative working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and external agencies.
  • Commercially astute with well-honed analytical skills such as exposure to using IQVIA data to track performance and provide market insights.
