A highly commercial Reward specialist is required to deliver the reward and benefits strategy for a renowned services sector brand. They are seeking an individual with broad reward experience to focus on the roll out of a new reward framework, focusing particularly on bonuses, salary reviews and analytics. You will support the business as they go through this change, ensuring that communications are clear and timely, and that any teething issues are dealt with sensitively and efficiently. You will provide advice and guidance to managers, ensuring they fully understand the new processes, and are able to communicate them positively to their teams.

Suitable candidates will have proven operational reward experience gained within a commercial organisation and will have a proven ability to implement innovative reward programmes. This role represents an excellent opportunity to utilise your extensive knowledge within a highly successful and evolving business environment.

You may be an experienced reward specialist, or a HR generalist with strong knowledge and interest in this space.
