Are you a resourcing professional with a passion for tech? Do you get a buzz from unearthing niche talent? We are looking for a tech recruiter to join this high growth technology business, who design and deliver solutions which impacts a huge percentage of the population and create a seamless process when needing to access a critical service.
The role of Resourcing Business Partner will be significantly focused on stakeholder management. You will work with leaders in the business to map out their current and future hiring needs across niche critical skills, and provide expert insights and guidance on the market. You will use all tools at your disposal to identify talent and consider creative ways to attract and engage with these individuals. You will give potential candidates a unique insight into the business, giving them a complete picture of how they could flourish if they choose to transfer their careers to you, and what experience and development would be available to them along the way. You will build talent pools and pipelines meaning the business is in a strong position to plan for both succession and growth, and will give regular feedback as to market trends that may impact.
You will be joining a relatively newly formed team, and will have the opportunity to impact cross team projects ensuring that the candidate journey and brand message is consistent while being tailored for your audience.
We are looking for an experienced resourcing professional, preferably with experience of recruiting across any areas of technology, this could be within agency, in house, or RPO. You must demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, with a real passion for seeking out top talent.
While the offices are based in Leeds and the North West, you can be based anywhere in the UK, as long as you are comfortable to travel around once a month to meet up with the team. However you are welcome to visit the office more frequently if you prefer.
The salary on offer is c£50k with additional benefits.
