Regional Sales Manager

Full Time

Location: The successful candidate can be based anywhere in the south. The role is field based so no defined split of time. You will work where you are needed to support the business in the south.

Base Salary: Competitive salary DOE & bonus up to 15% & car allowance & generous pension

Are you an experienced sales manager looking for an exciting new role with a great company? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! This role is focused on people management and optimising an already strong pipeline in terms of revenue. Your responsibilities will also involve planning, strategy and segmentation. You will also take on a mentorship/managerial role and help promote the professional growth of junior team members. This aspect of the role will involve upskilling and coaching others in the team to reach their full potential.

The Role:

  • Identify and maximise growth opportunities
  • Manage and develop a regional team
  • Provide leadership and motivational support to team members
  • Mentor colleagues and promote them to upskill
  • Report regular KPI's
  • Manage sales budget and targets
  • Collaborate with other teams
  • Monitor and review the regional business plan
  • Develop training plans for all team members
  • Conduct field visits as required
  • Make sure all relevant admin and CRM systems are managed
  • Contribute to regional meetings and conferences

You:

  • Relevant sales and managerial experience in a similar role
  • APBI Qualified (or willing to complete course)
  • Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device background
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience coaching colleagues
  • Collaborative
  • Results driven and target orientated
  • Adaptable as business hours may fluctuate
  • Willing to travel as required as role is primarily field-based
