About the Role

Are you an experienced HR leader ready to shape the people strategy for a high-impact manufacturing site?

 

We are seeking an HR Director to lead HR strategy; ensuring that the business has the right organisational capabilities, leadership, and talent to drive success.

 

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will partner with the Site Director and wider leadership teams to implement strategic talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and change initiatives. You will also collaborate with global HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) to align HR programs with business needs.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Driving Business & Workforce Performance – Shaping HR strategies that enhance productivity, retention, and engagement.

✅ Leading Organisational Design & Change – Ensuring the right structure, leadership, and culture are in place to support business goals.

✅ Developing Talent & Leadership Pipelines – Overseeing succession planning, workforce development, and coaching senior leaders.

✅ Overseeing Total Rewards & Recognition – Ensuring that compensation, benefits, and reward strategies drive high performance.

✅ Managing Employee Relations & Union Partnerships – Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and engaging with unionised employees to maintain a positive workplace environment.

✅ Optimising HR Operations & Compliance – Partnering with HR shared service centres to improve processes and efficiency.

🔹 Employee Relations Expertise – Experience in unionised environments is a plus.

🔹 Strong Communication & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
