Working as part of the internal recruitment team to provide a first-class resourcing and recruitment service. In short, they are a multifaceted, fast moving organisation seeking to strengthen their wider resourcing function to support the striving goals of the business.
The Role
Working closely with key stakeholders across the business and external partners, you will be tasked with delivering effective resourcing processes. Supporting hiring managers across the business you will develop the recruitment function to ensure they are attracting and selecting the best talent and enhancing their employee brand.
Travel to other sites and occasional overnight stays will be required and access to your own vehicle is essential. It truly is a fantastic opportunity, to make the role your own and showcase your recruitment skills within an evolving organisation.
The Candidate
We require an experienced recruiter with proven ability of resourcing high volume roles within a blue collar environment. With a creative and resilient approach, you will have excellent stakeholder management with strong influencing and communication skills. Not for the faint-hearted, your aptitude to deliver what is required at pace and to enjoy what you do is key.
