Talent/Recruitment Manager office based South Manchester, circa £50,000 DOE + bonus & benefits, full time

The role
Managing a small team, you will work as a true partner to key stakeholders and senior decision makers across the business, you will be tasked with executing a valuable resourcing process. Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, you will ensure they are able to recruit the right talent to meet high volume demands. In this strategic role you will be tasked with improving processes and implementing new ways of working to ensure the team are delivering a first-class recruitment service to support the business through significant growth. Although very hands on you will lead on the delivery of several projects striving to enhance their employer brand and candidate experience to ensure they attract and retain the right Talent.

The candidate
You will have proven experience of working in an equivalent Talent/Recruitment Manager delivery role for a commercial business. In addition, you will possess a broad variety of innovative attractive & selections methodologies across a range of role disciplines at different levels, including very niche opportunities. Highly proficient in systems and processes and ideally CIPD qualified your stakeholder, influencing & consulting skills will be second to none, alongside your ability to work at pace & to deadlines. This role will be office based so we can only consider candidates able to commute to their offices in South Manchester.
