Adam HR are proud to be representing our fast-growing SME client in their search for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fabulous opportunity to join a growing UK business with significant expansion plans for 2020.

The Role

As Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for all end-end recruitment for a variety of roles, attracting and selecting the best talent through direct sourcing to reduce agency spend, enhancing their employee brand, supporting managers with the recruitment process, interviewing and best practice.

The Recruitment Manager will build rapport with all managers across the business to ensure that the needs of each vacancy are clearly defined, draft attractive and informative job adverts to attract high calibre applications, arrange interviews and support hiring managers with the interview process.

The candidate journey is key as people are the most important asset for this thriving organisation. So, as the face of the business, the one responsible for bringing in all talent you will support and cultivate long-term relationships by assisting with company induction, on-boarding of new starters and support with a variety of HR projects.


The Candidate

Our client is looking for a true people-person with great communication skills who is passionate and genuinely driven by providing a first-class recruitment service. You will be an established recruiter with a proven background in delivering an effective resourcing function and improving processes. Commercially minded and able to deliver on recruitment needs in line with timescales and budget constraints. Being highly organised with the ability to prioritise your workload is a must and a positive, can-do attitude is of highest importance.
