We Are Adam are looking to bolster our team with a senior recruiter, specialising in Marketing & Digital roles.
Working Hours: Full time, hybrid working pattern.
Location: Commutable to Manchester city centre ideal.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 basic DOE plus generous commission scheme

Our Senior Recruitment Consultant will be provided with a warm desk so you can dive in and start billing immediately. We only take on retained or exclusive business, guaranteeing commitment from your clients and empowering you to provide an outstanding service.
You will be provided with all the tools you need to make your desk a roaring success. We've invested in the latest recruitment tech to unearth candidates that other recruiters simply can't find. Plus, our unrivalled reputation can help you to generate business; our candidates become clients, our contacts refer us to their network, and our first-class marketing campaigns generate warm leads.
*You have previously worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant
*Understanding of the marketing, digital and tech sectors is desirable
*Knowledge of selling and fulfilling retained assignments preferred
*Experience in headhunting methodologies are a significant advantage
*You can self-generate at least 50% of your annual revenue
