Hybrid working, South Manchester based
The business
A highly successful market leading business with a well-established brand, the organisation has recently restructured their HR team and the way they function to strengthen the HR service across the business and these newly created Recruitment & HR Coordinator/Administrator roles will be critical to the successful delivery of the HR strategy.
The role
The Recruitment & HR Coordinator roles will take responsibility for delivering an effective resourcing service and ensuring all day-to-day administration is handled to high standard, underpinning the efficacy of the HR team. From a Recruitment perspective you will be responsible for posting adverts, initial telephone screening, delivering feedback, scheduling interviews, managing the ATS, data gathering, and all admin related to offers and onboarding. In addition to the Resourcing responsibilities, you will manage the HR inbox, dealing with queries relating to issues such as pay, sickness and absence, maternity, flexible working requests, responding and escalating as appropriate.
The candidate
The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills and previous Resourcing and/or HR Administration experience. They will need to have a real passion for service excellence and take great pride in their work. Above all we are looking for a strong communicator with the ability to produce reports, interpret data, work collaboratively and build relationships to provide a first-class HR service.
