Established, market-leading North West headquartered business is looking for a People Services Manager to refresh & transform their People Operations function. Nothing is broken, but as they look to the future, they need to embrace new ways of working that complement their culture and help support high performance going forward.
Collaborating with senior leaders and leading a small team, you'll be busy! Yes, you'll have to roll your sleeves up initially; but longer term, when new & efficient ways of working have been embedded, there will be the opportunity to enjoy the "fruits of your labour" and focus more on tactical projects.
What will you be doing? In a nutshell - think about the end-to-end employee lifecycle and efficient processes & systems that support highly engaged colleagues!
