People Change Lead - London / Remote (hybrid c50/50 - c£50k - £55k - Permanent

Does the phrase 'we've always done it that way' fill you with horror? This business are looking for a People Change Lead to interrogate their current systems, processes and ways of working and make recommendations on how they can use what they have to provide an effective, high touch and pragmatic HR service to the business, in turn impacting the experience of their customers in a positive way.

This will be a truly varied role where you will be looking at all their tools, processes and workflows to ensure they are being maximised and are fit for purpose. They have recently implemented a HR system, a process which has gone well however they are acutely aware that they are not using the system to it's full potential, therefore this person will look into this and consider how and where this can be improved. Additionally, the business has some great data and insights at its fingertips (such as pulse survey results), but lack the expertise to translate this into meaningful actions. Again they will look to this person to take this forward working across the HR teams to look at short, medium and long term actions. The team are looking at automating workflows where possible, and perhaps introducing a ticketing system for first line queries, however are keen that throughout all of this they don't lose the 'human touch' that the business values. Longer term this role will work closely with the Head of People in a 'programme management' role, leading many of the project elements of the people strategy.

This is a strongly internally focused role, your client group will be the HR team therefore you must be an excellent communicator, preferably with a generalist background having focused more recently on process and system improvement in the context of change and transformation. You will have an eye for detail and be naturally curious, prepared to challenge the status quo.

With offices in central London they are working on a hybrid basis, around 50/50 with 2-3 days in the office.
