Job description

People & Culture Partner - Nottinghamshire - £45,000 - c£50,000 - Permanent

We Are Adam are partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a People & Culture Partner.

In this company, success is celebrated collectively. Achievements are recognised, milestones are commemorated, and every individual contribution is acknowledged. It's a place where hard work is appreciated, and employees feel a true sense of pride in being part of something greater than themselves.

At the core of this company is a strong sense of community. Employees aren't just cogs in a machine; they're valued members of a supportive and collaborative team. The leadership fosters an open and inclusive culture, where everyone's voice is heard, and ideas are celebrated.

As People & Culture Partner, you will support senior leadership & stakeholders to effectively deliver & embed their people strategy & framework marrying the success of the traditional heritage with contemporary people practices enabling the business to achieve its goals in the short, medium, and long term.

As a collaborative stakeholder, the People & Culture Partner will effectively help to take the organisation on an employee engagement journey. Alongside the People & Culture Director you will use your generalist tools & techniques, and empathy to help the business embark on a journey of shared success achieving highly engaged, capable colleagues.

The successful candidate could either be in a like-for-like role or be willing to step up into this role. Excellent interpersonal, collaboration & organisation skills are paramount. There will be an opportunity for this individual to develop within the role. A proven track record helping to develop a collaborative culture within a high-performing environment would be advantageous. CIPD qualification would be preferable.

To begin with, an on-site presence of five days per week at their fantastic offices in Newark is the preference for this role with flexibility as and when required, and a view to working one day per week from home moving forward.

This is a forward thinking and well-respected market leading business, and this role is a great opportunity to become part of a growing success story.

Please follow the on-line application process with your CV, salary details & availability. Your details will be forwarded to Colin Youle at Adam Recruitment Limited.
