This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic individual to build a marketing capability in a fast growing business at the heart of the electric vehicle and infrastructure transformation. You need to combine attention to detail and strong digital and communications hands-on delivery, with the intellectual ability to grow with the business and help to build a broad marketing and brand in-house team and capability over time.

Supporting the sales team to create necessary digital and physical assets to help them expand their relationships and impact. Managing their events and speaker opportunities calendar. Working to segment their B2B audiences and ascertain their need states.

Developing and executing their B2C marketing objectives and plan - with a focus on retention and loyalty (existing members). Analysing member insights to build successful strategies. Managing their member communication programme, exploring messaging, benefits, and rewards, recommend a friend and other member activations. Developing a 12m engagement and content plan. Working with the CTO to ensure the technology is in place to allow you to deliver on your marketing ambitions; and to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.

Identifying target audiences and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. Developing targeted campaigns to drive brand awareness.
