Marketing and Business Development Manager | Professional Services | London
We are looking to recruit an exceptional Business Development Manager for the Corporate Group of this high profile law firm renowned for innovation and exceptional client service. You will work with partners across London to support the implementation of business development plans in order to drive increased sales of profitable, strategically-aligned work into the firm.
Key responsibilities:
-Work with the team to decide what areas of specialist knowledge we should be promoting through the year and the best format for promotion
-Identify BD costs for planned activities throughout the year and work within defined budgets
- Work with the leadership to develop divisional business plans, client targeting and conversion, driving greater consistency and process
-Drive promotions/campaigns, planning follow-up activity and track ROI
*General profile raising internally (at regular sector / other divisional meetings) and externally (at events etc.)
*Lead relevant pitch opportunities
Desired Experience:
Able to lead a team and delegate to the most relevant individuals
*Work with specialist teams across Marketing and BD to achieve objectives
*Able to bring people together from multiple sectors and directorates to align support for BD projects ·
*Highly organised and innovative in approach
*an experienced BD Manager with Professional services experience, ideally legal services exposure
