Job description

Our client is a leading commercial organisation who require a passionate and energetic Learning & Development professional to join their broader HR team. The Learning & Development Partner will bring exceptional consultancy skills, to deliver transformational change through leadership and talent interventions and raise the profile of the learning function.

Standalone in nature, the role will work very closely with the Talent Partner to deliver high performing leaders and a pipeline of talent fit for the future. Drawing on your natural coaching style, you will work closely with senior management to design, develop & deliver bespoke development plans, enhance development processes and manage budgets.

We are looking for a delivery focussed, self-starter and confident communicator, highly analytical you will be able to assess risks and opportunities to maximise ROI. You will possess the ability to build strong working relationships, and a true passion to help drive the development strategy forward. You will need to have a proven track record working within L&D in a highly commercial environment on a national level within a matrixed organisation.
