Lead Software Engineer
My client is a venture funded start up business with ambitious growth plans and an already exciting and successful proposition. Based in Manchester
This exciting and dynamic Tech business is looking to recruit a Lead Software developer to drive their next phase of growth.

Your time will be spent leading a start-up team to develop the core business platform. You'll be developing major new features, dealing with scalability as the business grows and improving the user experience. You'll lead and Engineering team of 5, supporting and mentoring as well as being hands on when necessary and working on the full stack.
Key experience
Experience for SCRUM or other agile frameworks.
Experience in PHP (Laravel) or similar backend language / framework knowledge.
Knowledge of ReactJS
Experience with Docker, Vagrant, and VMs.
Experience with NPM/package management tools.

Experience with AWS CloudFormation, serverless tech would be beneficial although not essential. Background or knowledge of the creative, marketing and digital industries valuable but again not essential.

The role is currently fully remote but offers long term flexible working.
