More info Working as a Lead HRBP, heading up HR for your business area, and leading a small operational HR team, this is a fully senior generalist opportunity embracing all aspects of HR with a key focus on implementing a high-performance culture; ensuring that key talent is identified, retained and developed within the organisation.
As a strategic business partner and the custodian of the company values, you will work closely with key stakeholders to drive and enhance organisational effectiveness; ensuring best practice initiatives are delivered across resourcing, capability and employee engagement. Your role will entail a number of high profile strategic projects, all with laser like focus on making this organisation an employer of choice.
Who are they looking for? An HR leader comfortable engaging at C Suite level, you will possess a robust theoretical knowledge of HR combined with the ability to implement agile HR initiatives that will result in tangible business benefit.
