Here at Adam, we're supporting an entrepreneurial, high growth business in the automotive industry to source a brand new Junior HR Business partner to support their talented wider people team. You'll influence and engage with business partners within your region to deliver the people plan to support the groups ambitious growth plans.

Attitude is imperative here; you'll need to be happy to roll your sleeves up and help support the growth of the business.

So what will be doing?

Well you are certainly going to be busy! This junior HR business partner will join a dedicated HR team reporting into the Head of People & Culture you'll be working across the full generalist spectrum, helping to design & deliver added value HR that will engage, develop & retain, and in turn underpin business performance. Your opinion and input matters, and you will be instrumental in supporting your stakeholders to manage their people effectively, in line with the values of the business & the business strategy. And what's more, you'll have fun along the journey!

Who are they looking for?

You are a commercially astute, pragmatic, down to earth, interpersonally strong character. Robust in your abilities to work under your own steam and with your HR colleagues, you will have appropriate previous HR expertise preferably from within a fast paced, commercial, multifaceted environment. You are a self-starter, solutions focused, know what good HR looks like, and particularly excel as a savvy stakeholder manager.

The role offers hybrid and flexible working, likely 2 days a week spent travelling to sites and one day a week/fortnight in head office and remote based for the remaining days. East Midlands, Buckinghamshire or Oxfordshire would be ideal centrally based locations for this role, you'll be covering the south regions which incorporates the Midlands, South Wales, North London, South East and Portsmouth. Salary wise they anticipate the successful candidate will be paid £35-40k basic doe plus company car and excellent benefits package.
