What is the opportunity?
This is a brand new opportunity for an experienced Communications & Engagement professional to join an established organisation, and be responsible for delivering an added value programme to maximise communication and support the employee brand.
Working in collaboration with both the marketing & HR teams this highly professional and well respected organisation seeks an experienced communications professional to deliver an ambitious internal communications and engagement strategy across the wider organisation.
Tell me about the role
As Communications & Engagement Manager you will be pivotal in helping to build an internal working culture that motivates & enables the business, especially around brand & values to ultimately raise the profile of the organisation.
Using your communications expertise around internal & external communications, employee engagement, media relations & social media you will provide communications advice & actions to embed the employee value proposition.
Who are we looking for
To succeed in this role, you will be graduate calibre with a proven track record of with experience of managing & delivering communications and engagement in a corporate and complex professional organisation; especially one undergoing a high degree of change. Creative, innovative and motivated you will have a deep understanding of communications best practice initiatives.
Strong stakeholder relationships across the business are key, alongside the ability to craft eye catching, on brand written communications across a wide breadth of techniques including digital & channel communications.
The business offers hybrid working, likely a minimum of 3 days spend on site and 2 from home, Manchester or Leeds would be ideal commutable locations to sites. The salary on offer is circa £60,000 doe + car allowance + bonus + benefits.
