Job description

I've got a great opportunity for an experienced Marketeer to join a market leading organisation with the property sector for a 9-month contract.

As the leader of the company's marketing function, you will be ultimately responsible for the brand's entire marketing execution.

Adopting a multi-channel approach, the Head of Marketing will co-ordinate the execution of a plan that aims to grow brand awareness and deliver amazing experiences to their consumer base. The role manages regional marketing teams responsible for local strategy and execution, while collaborating with international offices and other senior Marketing Heads in the Group to develop market leading CRM, Social, PR, Content, Creative and Digital campaigns.

The Head of Marketing will also play a key stakeholder management role as they will be responsible for compiling plans, budgets and analysis of performance to then present back to the senior management.

Responsibilities of the role:
-Generate leads through a multi-channel strategy including online and offline techniques.
-Tactical execution in co-ordination with local sales and operational team.
-Responsibility for all customer facing touch-points with an ongoing requirement to review all assets to ensure messaging is kept up to date and brand relevant.
-Management of people and project management of campaigns
-Providing on-going insights into how we can develop and improve future campaigns.
-Comprehensive reporting on all channels.
-Budgetary control and sign off.
-Involvement with shaping sales and marketing strategy.

Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate would be a confident, proactive individual with who wants to play an active role in a growing team within a dynamic and fast paced working environment. The candidate would need to be a multi-tasker with a proactive approach to work that can cope under pressure with exceptional organisational skills and a very strong work ethic.

The ideal candidate for this role would have the following:
-Experience with B2C marketing strategy
-Experience working closely with sales to achieve commercial objectives
-Experience of working with external suppliers
-An understanding of the importance in driving an ROI from marketing activity
-The ability to work to a deadline and under pressure
-Ability to maintain good relationships with key stakeholders within and outside of the business.
