As Interim Head of HR and leading a well functioning operational HR team, this is a fully senior generalist opportunity embracing all aspects of HR with a key focus on implementing a high-performance culture; ensuring that key talent is identified, retained and developed within the organisation.

As a strategic business partner and the custodian of the company values, you will work closely with key stakeholders to drive and enhance organisational effectiveness; ensuring best practice initiatives are delivered across development, capability and employee engagement.

We are seeking a highly commercial individual with the flair to create visionary HR practices and the pragmatism to implement them across diverse business units remotely based. Key personal attributes include:
* strong business acumen
* robust ability to build excellent working relationships
* be a true coach to the business

Who are they looking for?
You will possess a robust theoretical knowledge of HR, combined with the ability to implement agile HR initiatives that will result in tangible business benefit. It is highly likely that you will have prior HR expertise from within a service industry; one in which has grown through acquisition, and will have a full toolkit of delivering best practice & communication across multisite territories.

This Head of HR role is offered on a 12 month basis initially, with the possibility of going permanent, and as such applications from immediately available or shortly available candidates are highly welcomed. Hybrid working is standard practice, with 2-3 days working from their North Manchester head office.
