The business in question is part of a very much larger parent group, but is afforded their own identity as a distinct site; capitalising on strategy & processes from the parent group whilst embracing their local culture. Having reached a pivotal point in their evolution, they are looking for an Interim HR manager for a period of 12 months to help craft their journey & navigate the landscape going forward within a fast pace environment.
Working closely with the leadership team and managing a small HR team; as lead HR, you will be the eyes and ears of the organisation assessing the good & bad of the existing HR practice & innovating to deliver an HR service that truly enables the business, drives productivity and engages employees.
With a backdrop of continuous improvement, this Interim HR manager role will influence, design & execute effective people solutions. Tactical areas for focus include organisation design and effective communication.
Considering the above, this business seeks a robust & pragmatic HR manager who possesses a full HR toolkit, knows what good HR looks like and constantly looks to innovate & be contemporary in their approach to HR. Likely previous experience is from within a highly commercial & fast paced change environment (highly preferable from within a unionised industrial type sector).
We are looking to speak to immediately available candidates or available at very short notice. Commute wise, this role can be reached from West Yorkshire & East Lancs. Salary on offer is up to £50,000 plus excellent package.
