HRIS Project Lead (12 Month FTC)

HRIS Project Lead: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract: Huddersfield based (with travel to other sites + overseas): Paying circa £45,000 + Benefits
Our leading manufacturing client based in Huddersfield are currently looking for an experienced HRIS Project Lead to join their team on a contract basis. The HRIS Project Lead will report into the Head of HR and will have responsibility for the implementation of a new HR System into the business.
The HRIS Project Lead will be the HR Systems Specialist within the company and will be the first point of contact for any systems queries as well as the following:
* Lead on the implementation of the new HR system cross multiple UK sites and also Internationally
* UAT Testing
* Systems configuration
* Understanding the various business units and the interaction between systems and functionality, ensuring that HR technologies work well together
* Translate business requirements into solutions
* Act as escalation point, for issues which require HR systems knowledge
* 3rd party stakeholder management
In order to be considered for this role it is essential that you are a competent user of HR Systems, as well as the following:
* Experience of implementing a HR System from scratch
* Experience of using Success Factors
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
* Data orientated with the ability to process large volumes of data
