In this HR Business Partner (HRBP) role, you will operate out of SE/North Kent with travel to other sites occasionally in the South. Your role will be pivotal in translating business goals and strategic aims into tangible outcomes.
As an HRBP, you will have a broad generalist HR skill set, with a primary focus on driving cultural change and fostering a high-performance culture that nurtures and develops key talent within the organisation. You will serve as a strategic business partner and coach, collaborating closely with senior leaders to enhance organisational effectiveness, leading to improved employee engagement and customer service. Initially, you'll need to roll your sleeves up and ensure that the basics are in place especially around employee relations & attrition.
We are seeking a commercially savvy individual with experience in service or industrial environments, capable of devising innovative HR practices and implementing them pragmatically. You should possess a diverse range of sophisticated influencing styles, refined business acumen, and the ability to cultivate strong working relationships. The business operates at a fast pace, and it's expected to be a bustling and dynamic change period ahead.
With experience of effective HRBP roles, you will have a clear understanding of effective HR practices and their impact on business operations. Additionally, you should demonstrate proficiency in delivering HR best practices through others.

It's a grown-up culture and you manage your diary, however, the expectation is that you will be 3 days a week office based, and have flexibility to work from home for 2 days. An ideal location to be based is SE/North Kent.
