Already well-established and successful, this company is on a growth trajectory fueled by both product enhancement and acquisition. The creation of this HRBP role aims to further fortify the HR team. With a robust business strategy already in place, the company is primed for continued growth and transformation.

In this HR Business Partner (HRBP) role, you will operate across multiple sites in Scotland and the North, with travel to the Head office in the North West. Your role will be pivotal in translating business goals and strategic aims into tangible outcomes.

As an HRBP, you will have a broad generalist HR skill set, with a primary focus on driving cultural change and fostering a high-performance culture that nurtures and develops key talent within the organisation. You will serve as a strategic business partner and coach, collaborating closely with senior leaders to enhance organisational effectiveness, leading to improved employee engagement and customer service.

You should possess a diverse range of sophisticated influencing styles, refined business acumen, and the ability to cultivate strong working relationships. It's a grown-up culture and you manage your diary, however, the expectation is that you will travel between sites in Scotland & the North for 3 days a week, and have flexibility to work from home for 2 days. An ideal location to be based is Glasgow and it's surrounding areas.
